Let's form a Media Partnership
TheOilCommunity is interested in forming media partnerships with leading events in the Oil & Gas sector.
Our logical approach is to work together with our partner to promote the event to our Members, which is part of our service to them, and obviously of benefit to you as the event organiser, as it may introduce the event to a new audience and generate additional attendance.
All we ask in return is some cross promotion on a contra basis, through your event marketing.
We offer partners the following:
- Inclusion of your Event logo and description, in a Member Update and Newsletter, which will give you 32,000+ exposure
- A 360 x 120 pixel banner advertisement which is served to Members based on their technical interests and location
- A priority listing in our events section which is searchable by topic, discipline and location and provides alerts to all matching Members
- Inclusion in our Media Partners page profiling your brand as an event organiser, and the events you have coming up, where we have a media partnership in place for that event.
In return, we're generally interested in some or all of the following cross promotion opportunities, in line with those elements that match your capability:
- Our logo, web address and 100 word description included in the Media Partners section of the event website
- Our logo included on the Media Partner page in the show guide
- Our logo included on the official event banners, posters, mail shots and on-site signage with other Media Partners
- Full page advert in the event show guide
- Two free media passes to the event
- Distribution or insertion of a one page marketing brochure at the event or in the show pack
- Inclusion in an email to your past event participants marketing list, or a dedicated email to them on our behalf where we supply you with the html or appropriate text
If you have other suggestions or normal offerings, we're also open to considering them.
